James Latter is a bi-lingual, British surveyor living and working in France. He is a member of "La Compagnie Nationale des Experts Immobiliers" and has over ten years experience of French building practices, French planning regulations, renovation projects and property valuation.
He works in conjunction with "Surveyors-en-France", an alliance of independent British surveyors in France.
